Human Rights
Aligned Investing
The Justice Company aims to deliver a disciplined investment approach that supports the absolute rights to life, self-determination and safety from war.
Institutional standards of discipline and governance.
Explicit exclusion criteria grounded in international law.
Zero ambiguity about where the lines are drawn.
Clarity Without Compromise
Our approach focuses on identifying investment opportunities aligned with unequivocal respect for international law and human rights.
The Justice Company applies an exclusion-based framework retrospectively to a global equity universe.
A Hard Line on Human Rights
We don’t believe atrocity can be graded or offset with good works.
Our exclusion framework is grounded in international law and human-rights standards, including the Geneva Conventions, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines, and related international humanitarian law.
Our human-rights research team has long-standing experience in exclusionary ethical screening. We combine structured data, third-party reporting, and human judgement in the design of our investment approach.
Embedded
Responsibility
Along with discretionary giving, a portion of the platform economics supports The Justice Company Humanitarian Foundation, for communities affected by conflict and systemic oppression.
We have already supported Taawon's NOOR Orphan Care Program and UCL’s humanitarian scholarship program.
